In het streven naar een duurzame inzetbaarheid van de medewerkers hebben wij LMI Noord-Holland verzocht tot een advies met implementatieplan te komen. Het doel hiervan is te komen tot maximale ontplooiing van de medewerkers zodat de vele kansen die er liggen voor het bedrijf benut kunnen worden. Dit project wordt mede mogelijk gemaakt door een bijdrage uit het Europees Sociaal Fonds. (Dutch)
