Habo Hoveniers wants to be an attractive supplier for municipalities by being able to deal with sustainable employability of their own employees like no other, but also the employees who are used on our projects for the so-called Social Return.     Habo Hoveniers wil een aantrekkelijke leverancier zijn voor gemeenten door als geen ander om te kunnen gaan met duurzame inzetbaarheid van de eigen medewerkers maar ook de medewerkers die om reden van het zogenaamde Social Return op onze projecten worden ingezet. Het betreft vaak medewerkers met een zekere afstand tot de arbeidsmarkt en aansturing van deze medewerkers vraagt om extra kennis en vaardigheden van de vaste medewerkers van Habo Hoveniers. Hiervoor wil Habo in 2017 inzetten op sociale innovatie om de duurzame inzetbaarheid van alle medewerkers te vergroten. We willen dus niet alleen een goed Di beleid neerzetten, maar we willen daarin ook innovatief zijn, omdat dat in ons DNA als onderneming zit. In dialoog met de voormannen gaan we een plan maken voor hun eigen ontwikkeling,die van hun collega’s in het licht van de bedrijsplannen voor 2020. (Dutch)
