Verian CareenClean takes the first steps in the sustainable employability of its employees in a now ongoing ESF DI trajectory. Employees should work with more self-responsibility and support the client from their own strength. At the moment CareenClean sees that the employees cannot properly and at different paces come along in this change in working and thinking, which means that sustainable employability cannot be adequately guaranteed. In order to strengthen sustainable employability, it is necessary to lay a foundation for the long-term assurance of sustainable employability. To remain sustainable now and in the future, CareenClean sees the solution in a learning and working environment, in which employees can take more ownership for their own professional development. To facilitate this, CareenClean wants to start a project with the aim of enabling employees to: — in a flexible working culture with greater responsibility and confidence to influence their tasks in the organisation — to shape their professional development and exploitation of talents, competences and non-business-specific knowledge and skills in an environment of lifelong learning. An external advisor who, together with our employees, carries out the following activities: — analysis to collect, assess and obtain advice from employees — guidance to staff in implementing the advice with team/dialogue/implementation sessions, 1-on-1 guidance in practice. Target group: home care workers. (English) | |||||||||||||||

Doelgroep: thuiszorgmedewerkers. (Dutch)
