Metalis heeft een scan laten uitvoeren naar de duurzame inzetbaarheid van haar medewerkers. Rontwikkeling werkt met een ontwikkelcyclus. De ontwikkelcyclus brengt de mogelijkheden van de medewerkers in kaart en is ontwikkelingsgericht, toekomstgericht en resultaatgericht. De ontwikkelcyclus geeft informatie op individueel niveau, zodat een medewerker zijn of haar eigen score en aandachtspunten kent en geeft de organisatie zicht op hoe het is gesteld met haar medewerkers. Daarnaast levert het een stappenplan om tot verbeteringen te komen. Aankomend jaar wordt er actief vervolg gegeven aan het implementeren van de adviezen voortgekomen uit de nulmeting. (Dutch)
