LooHorst wil onderzoeken welke factoren ten grondslag liggen aan de geconstateerde afname van het werkplezier om de duurzame inzetbaarheid naar de toekomst toe te borgen. De medewerkers zelf moeten ook bewust gemaakt worden van deze problematiek en de invloed op het eigen functioneren en die van collega’s m.b.t. verzuim en uitval. LooHorst wil bereiken dat alle medewerkers het nieuw te formuleren beleid, waarin een gezonder en veilige werkomgeving centraal staat, omarmen. LooHorst heeft besloten een externe adviseur in te zetten teneinde een goede basis te garanderen en de kwaliteit te borgen. Het totale personeelsbestand: directie, leidinggevenden en uitvoerend personeel) behoort tot de doelgroep van dit project. (Dutch)
