SVHW is a joint arrangement of 22 collaborating authorities. We want to offer citizens and businesses a good service at a minimum cost. To achieve this, we need to have sustainably employable workers, who are healthy, motivated and productive at work. We see opportunities to make a health profit. We pay attention to vitality, absenteeism and development, but there is no clear coherence. That’s why we want to be assisted in planning by an advisor who, together with us, carries out a project to promote Sustainable Employability (DI) with the focus on a Healthy Lifestyle (GL). From and through the executives we want to improve the DI/GL within SVHW. The aim of this project is to make the managers aware and help them to influence the DI/GL positively, both physically, mentally and emotionally. We achieve this through dialogue sessions, workshops and scans to do targeted research and connect improvement actions. SVHW is een gemeenschappelijke regeling van 22 samenwerkende overheden. Wij willen burgers en bedrijven een goede dienstverlening bieden tegen minimale kosten. Om dat te bereiken dienen wij te beschikken over duurzaam inzetbare werknemers, die gezond, gemotiveerd en productief aan het werk zijn. Wij zien mogelijkheden om gezondheidswinst te boeken. Wij hebben aandacht voor vitaliteit, verzuim en ontwikkeling, maar een duidelijke samenhang ontbreekt. Daarom willen wij planmatig geholpen worden door een adviseur, die samen met ons een project ter bevordering van Duurzame Inzetbaarheid (DI) uitvoert met het accent op een Gezonde Leefstijl (GL). Van en via de leidinggevenden willen we de DI/GL binnen SVHW verbeteren. Het doel van dit project is om nadrukkelijk de leidinggevenden bewust bekwaam te maken en hen te helpen de DI/GL positief te beïnvloeden, zowel fysiek, mentaal als emotioneel. We bereiken dit via dialoogsessies, workshops en scans om gericht onderzoek te doen en hieraan verbeteracties te verbinden. Met dit project willen we SVHW in de toekomst laten uitgroeien tot een vitale organisatie met vitale medewerkers, die een gezonde leefstijl hanteren. (Dutch)
