The municipality of Buren wants to offer citizens and businesses a good service at a minimum cost. To achieve this, we need to have sustainably employable workers, who are healthy, motivated and productive at work. We see opportunities to make health gains at the RO Department. However, we do not have enough knowledge and experience in promoting the healthy lifestyle of the employees concerned. That is why we want to be assisted in planning by an advisor who, together with us, carries out a project to promote Sustainable Employability with the focus on a healthy lifestyle. Through research, dialogue sessions, workshops and a buddy system, we contribute to improving the healthy lifestyle of employees at the RO Department. De gemeente Buren wil burgers en bedrijven een goede dienstverlening bieden tegen minimale kosten. Om dat te bereiken dienen wij te beschikken over duurzaam inzetbare werknemers, die gezond, gemotiveerd en productief aan het werk zijn. Wij zien mogelijkheden om gezondheidswinst te boeken op de Afdeling RO. Wij hebben echter onvoldoende kennis en ervaring in het bevorderen van de gezonde leefstijl bij de desbetreffende medewerkers. Daarom willen wij planmatig geholpen worden door een adviseur, die samen met ons een project ter bevordering van Duurzame Inzetbaarheid uitvoert met het accent op een gezonde leefstijl. Door onderzoek, dialoogsessies, workshops en een buddysysteem, dragen we bij aan de verbetering van de gezonde leefstijl van de medewerkers op de Afdeling RO. Met dit project willen we de gemeente Buren in de toekomst laten uitgroeien tot een vitale organisatie met vitale medewerkers, die een gezonde leefstijl hanteren. (Dutch)
