The project Statusholders aims to integrate the new Amsterdam status holders through work. The participants will remain on a journey for three years so that they are assured of adequate guidance and aftercare. In the House of Skills project, the municipality wants to work with a number of partners to work on the organisational structure of the labour market, focusing on sustainable employability and intersectoral mobility. In the project WSP area-oriented work, the demand of local employers based in North and New-West is central to the implementation of area-oriented activities. The starting point is that employment and employment opportunities in their own neighbourhood lead to more sustainable employment relationships and greater cohesion in a neighbourhood. Het project Statushouders heeft als doel om de nieuwe Amsterdamse statushouders te integreren door werk. De deelnemers blijven drie jaar in een traject zodat zij zijn verzekerd van voldoende begeleiding en nazorg. In het project House of Skills wil de gemeente met een aantal partners werkenderwijs sleutelen aan de organisatiestructuur van de arbeidsmarkt, gericht op duurzame inzetbaarheid en intersectorale mobiliteit. In het project WSP gebiedsgericht werken staat de vraag van de lokale werkgevers gevestigd in Noord en Nieuw-West centraal bij de uitvoering van gebiedsgerichte activiteiten. Uitgangspunt is dat arbeid en arbeidsmogelijkheden in eigen buurt leidt tot duurzamere arbeidsrelaties en meer cohesie in een buurt. (Dutch)

Le projet Statusholders vise à intégrer les nouveaux titulaires du statut d’Amsterdam à travers le travail. Les participants resteront en voyage pendant trois ans afin d’être assurés d’une orientation et d’un suivi adéquats. Dans le cadre du projet House of Skills, la municipalité souhaite travailler avec un certain nombre de partenaires pour travailler sur la structure organisationnelle du marché du travail, en mettant l’accent sur l’employabilité durable et la mobilité intersectorielle. Dans le cadre du projet, la demande d’employeurs locaux basés dans le Nord et le Nouveau-Ouest est essentielle à la mise en oeuvre d’activités axées sur la région. Le point de départ est que l’emploi et les possibilités d’emploi dans leur propre voisinage conduisent à des relations d’emploi plus durables et à une plus grande cohésion dans un voisinage. (French)
