Een goede dienstverlening betekent voor Litecad: vakbekwaamheid en betrouwbaarheid. Een vitale medewerker is beter in staat invulling te geven aan het werk. Verder kampt een deel van de medewerkers met overgewicht, rookt actief en heeft onvoldoende weet van gezonde werk-patronen. Litecad wil medewerkers stimuleren meer regie te nemen over de eigen vitaliteit. Uit goed werkgeverschap wil de onderneming medewerkers faciliteren bij het maken van gezonde keuzes. Het DI-onderzoek van Perspectief kent een brede benadering waardoor de inzetbaarheid, vitaliteit en gezondheid van medewerkers breed wordt onderzocht.
