Project duurzame inzetbaarheid medewerkers Morgen College Het Morgen College is een middelbare VMBO school in Harderwijk. De school wil zich de komende jaren verder doorontwikkelen en een aantrekkelijke, veilige en uitdagende school zijn voor leerlingen EN personeel. Thema’s • Het bevorderen van gezond en veilig werken, waaronder een gezondere leefstijl, het terugdringen van werkstress en ongewenst gedrag in de werksfeer. • Het bevorderen van een leercultuur voor werkenden, waaronder het erkennen van niet-bedrijfsspecifieke kennis en vaardigheden. Doelen De bevordering van duurzame inzetbaarheid van werkenden door • Advies en een implementatieplan • Begeleiding bij de implementatie van de adviezen. De medewerkers worden actief betrokken bij het advies en de implementatie (draagvlak en eigenaarschap) Doeltreffendheid Op basis van het onderzoek wordt een advies en implementatieplan opgesteld. Het is aannemelijk dat: • Het leidt tot een aanscherping van het beleidsplan en een plan van aanpak om de adviezen ook daadwerkelijk te implementeren. • Dat er een andere manier en visie op scholing en professionalisering (oa coachingsgesprekken, buddy systeem, kernteams etc) ontstaat. • Organisatorische en communicatie aanpassingen plaatsvinden. Zowel binnen het MT als binnen de teams rondom klassen, de communicatiestructuur en –lijnen en de wijze waarop en frequentie waarin werkoverleggen plaats gaan vinden Impact Om draagvlak en een echte verandering te kunnen bewerkstelligen is het van belang om verandering te kunnen zien in: • Meer bewustzijn, grotere betrokkenheid en een organisatie en cultuurverandering • Betere onderlinge afstemming en communicatie tussen MT/directeur en medewerkers, binnen het MT/directeur en tussen de medewerkers. • Door de onderlinge samenwerking te optimaliseren wordt de kans vergroot dat er meer eenduidigheid, structuur en helderheid in de communicatie en aanpak richting klassen en individuele leerlingen komt. • De kans is dan groot dat de tevredenheid onder medewerkers toeneemt, de werkstress afneemt, er beter omgegaan kan worden met de leerlingpopulatie, de organisatie verandering voor meer structuur en rust gaan zorgen en het leefklimaat verbetert.
