Daarom houden we de logistieke processen graag in eigen hand, waardoor onze klanten zeker zijn van een professionele afhandeling en een snelle levering van de diverse verpakkingen uit onze grote voorraad. Wij zijn er tros op dat wij genomineerd zijn voor de FD Gazellen Award 2016, regio West. De FD Gazellen Awards zijn een initiatief van Het Financiële Dagblad en Company.info en worden uit gereikt aan de snelst groeiende bedrijven van Nederland. BVP Verpakkingen B.V. kenmerkt zich door kennis en innovatie, een servicegerichte instelling en gekwalificeerde mensen die met passie hun ouderwetse vakmanschap kunnen vertalen naar de wensen van vandaag. De wereld om ons heen is erg aan het veranderen. Zo worden steeds meer eisen gesteld aan de kwaliteit van onze producten, de snelheid en het moment van leveren. Daarnaast hebben we te maken met een toenemende concurrentie. Hierdoor is de organisatie voortdurend in beweging. De veranderingen vragen veel van de veerkracht, flexibiliteit en het leervermogen van de 20 medewerkers van BVP Verpakkingen B.V. Het is daarom van groot belang dat medewerkers en leidinggevenden werken aan grotere vitaliteit en flexibiliteit om op een goede manier op veranderingen te kunnen anticiperen en ermee te kunnen omgaan. Wij hebben vanzelfsprekend een aantal initiatieven, pilots en activiteiten geïnitieerd om hieraan te werken.
