Wouda Installatietechniek is een totaalinstallateur binnen Flevoland en omstreken. Alle disciplines worden aangeboden binnen de elektrotechnische- en werktuigbouwkundige installatietechniek. In de visie is opgenomen dat de medewerkers het grootste kapitaal vormen van de onderneming. Om goede mensen aan Wouda te binden wordt gericht gestuurd op een plezierige, uitdagende en veilige werkomgeving. Wouda wilt graag de duurzame inzetbaarheid van haar medewerkers verhogen en het ziekteverzuim tot een minimum terugdringen. Samen met een externe consultant gaan we huidige situatie analyseren en de achterliggende oorzaken van ziekteverzuim achterhalen. Hierbij verwachten wij gedegen adviezen om het ziekteverzuim te minimaliseren en de duurzame inzetbaarheid van onze medewerkers te optimaliseren. (Dutch)
