| De intrinsieke motivatie voor het werken in een omgeving waarin zorg voor medemensen met een beperking centraal staat, is op zichzelf onvoldoende om werkdruk die in belangrijke mate van buiten komt te compenseren. Met dit project wil Saltho Onderwijs zoeken naar diverse mogelijkheden om met name op een preventieve manier aan stress factoren te werken. Daarbij is de gedachte dat in de bewustwording al een belangrijke start van de oplossing schuilt. In een participerend veldonderzoek worden knelpunten opgespoord en oplossingsrichtingen verkend. Die oplossingsrichtingen zet Saltho Onderwijs ondersteund door Coverz om in concrete maatregelen waarvoor een implementatieplan wordt opgesteld. (Dutch)
