Property / summary: We zien binnen Vughterstede een steeds groeter balans ontstaan bij medewerkers tussen het werk en de privésituatie. Dat heeft enerzijds te maken met het feit dat medewerkers nog te weinig aangesproken worden op hun gedrag en gevraagd wordt naar hun vaardigheden, bekwaamheden, vitaliteit en hun werkbeleving. Stichting Vughtesrtede wil een instrument ontwikkelen om het huidige functioneringsgesprek te vervangen door een zogenaamd jaargesprek. Het jaargesprek wordt ondersteund door een digitaal instrument. Dit instrument zal de gesprekssystematiek voor werknemer en leidinggevende gaan ondersteunen om het gedrag van medewerkers bespreekbaar te maken. Dit zal gebeuren aan de hand van de bekwaamheden van medewerkers voor de functie die zij bij Vughterstede uitoefenen. De onderwerpen van de digitale gesprekssystematiek zijn onder andere: - de kernwaarden, - functiegroep gebonden competenties, -vakmanschap en professionaliteit, - vitaliteit en werkbeleving. De gesprekssytematiek is een doorgroeimodel waarbij in de nabije toekomst gebruik gemaakt gaat worden van de zogenaamde 360 graden feedbackmethode waarbij collega's leren elkaar aan te spreken op het gedrag. competenties en vaardigheden. Dit instrument moet een goede ondersteuning zijn voor het beter in balans brengen van de werksituatie, maar ook tussen de werksituatie en de privé-situatie.
