LooHorst Landscaping is een hovenier met een grote diversiteit in haar personeel en steekt veel energie in de ontwikkeling van de medewerkers. Met de gelden vanuit de ESF hoopt men meer doorstroom te creëren binnen de organisatie en dat er meer wordt gekeken naar de individuele ambities van medewerkers en het mogelijk wordt gemaakt die ook te ontplooien binnen Loohorst. Loohorst is ervan overtuigd dat dit de inzetbaarheid en het werkplezier van de medewerkers zal vergroten (Dutch)

LooHorst Landscaping is a gardener with a great diversity in its staff and puts a lot of energy into the development of the employees. The ESF funds hope to create more flow within the organisation and that more attention will be paid to the individual ambitions of employees and to make it possible to develop them within Loohorst.
