    Eén van de doelen van de Europese Unie (EU) is het stimuleren en verbeteren van de werkgelegenheid in Europa. Het Europees Sociaal Fonds (ESF) investeert in de kansen op de arbeidsmarkt. Daarnaast biedt het Europees Sociaal Fonds ondersteuning in projecten gericht op “Duurzame inzetbaarheid”. Kort samengevat houdt duurzame inzetbaarheid het volgende in: het gemotiveerd, gezond en productief houden van werkenden om hen in staat te stellen tot aan pensionering binnen of buiten de organisatie te blijven werken. Middels aandacht voor vitaliteit, scholing en sociale innovatie, ondersteunt het ESF de mobiliteit van deze mensen op de arbeidsmarkt nu en in de toekomst. Doel Wensink beoogt een beleid en een plan te ontwikkelen voor talentontwikkeling gericht op duurzame inzetbaarheid van onze medewerkers. In samenwerking met de directie en medewerkers van de OR en het management is een plan, een podium met een programma ontwikkeld voor inspiratie en talentontwikkeling, genaamd Wensink Wijs. De komende periode worden alle medewerkers uitgenodigd om deel te nemen aan het loopbaanprogramma dat gericht is op duurzame inzetbaarheid. De eerste ervaringen zijn zeer positief. Resultaat van het project Wensink beoogt met het opstellen van het beleid en programma de bewustwording van duurzame inzetbaarheid en het belang van talent ontwikkeling te stimuleren.
