Het bedrijf is haar klanten in horeca, catering én de institutionele markt van dienst met betrouwbare leveringen, een totaal assortiment en additionele diensten. Haar service wordt mogelijk gemaakt door 1700 medewerkers die zich dagelijks inzetten voor de mooiste marktplaats voor foodprofessionals. Medewerkers in het magazijn en chauffeurs doen over het algemeen fysiek belastende werkzaamheden wat op de termijn invloed kan hebben op hun inzetbaarheid. Al langere tijd heeft Bidfood daarom aandacht voor de duurzame inzetbaarheid van haar medewerkers. Om het thema duurzame inzetbaarheid onderdeel te maken van de bedrijfscultuur, wil Bidfood een vervolg geven aan haar activiteiten rondom duurzame inzetbaarheid.
