Mars Nederland wants to offer its employees a healthy and safe working environment. To achieve this, Mars wants to launch the ‘Safety Triggers’ project with the help of the ESF Sustainable Employability Scheme. Safety triggers develop a different awareness of day-to-day safety among operators, operational managers and tactical managers. Safety triggers become a common thread in daily steering moments, performance dialogues, learning and coaching conversations and accountability. This learning environment stimulates the learning culture among employees and strengthens ownership and entrepreneurship with regard to safe and healthy working. (English) | |||||||||||||||

(Dutch)
