Samen met de werknemers wordt een leercultuur gecreëerd waarbij leerinterventies worden opgezet. Hierdoor zullen werknemers zelf én werknemers met een afstand tot de arbeidsmarkt beter, langer en duurzamer inzetbaar zijn. Uitgangspunten zijn: • Eigen positie bepalen t.o.v de PSO en indien mogelijk certificeren, mede vanuit voorbeeldrol. • Mensen met een arbeidsbeperking duurzaam kunnen plaatsen. • Medewerkers coachen in het begeleiden van mensen met een arbeidsbeperkingen. • Klanten van Professionals in Flex nauw betrekken bij sociaal en inclusief ondernemen • Adviseren op gebied van SROI De resultaten van de eerdergenoemde adviestrajecten worden in een adviesrapport samengevat waar aanvullende activiteiten uit kunne komen (Dutch)
