1. De ontwikkeling en uitvoering van een instrument voor de monitoring van duurzame in-zetbaarheid in de arbeidsmarkt ICT. 2. Een pilot ontwikkelen voor de inzet van de hybride ICT docent als mogelijkheid voor de bevordering van de duurzame inzetbaarheid van ICT’ers die niet meer beschikken over de juiste kennis en vaardigheden voor de uitoefening van hun huidige beroep. Pilot hybride ICT docent De mogelijkheid om een hybride docent te worden, zal een belangrijke bijdrage leveren aan de duurzame inzetbaarheid van individuele ICT’ers. Een ICT’er die actief is als hybride docent is bre-der inzetbaar in de arbeidsmarkt, heeft meer uitdaging in zijn/haar werk en is meer gemotiveerd. Met het opzetten van de pilot voor hybride ICT docenten wordt ook meer bekendheid gegeven aan de mogelijkheden van hybride docenten in het kader van bevordering van duurzame inzet-baarheid. (Dutch)
