    Rederij Doeksen is zich bewust van het belang van mentaal en fysiek vitale medewerkers. Met onderhavig project wil de organisatie dan ook een positieve bijdrage leveren aan de vitaliteit van haar medewerkers. In het verlengde hiervan wil Doeksen de duurzame inzetbaarheid van haar werknemers vergroten. Om dit resultaat te bereiken, wil Doeksen haar medewerkers eigenaar maken van een gezonde(re) werk- en leefcultuur. Hiermee wordt aan de voorkant ingezet op het vergroten van de duurzame inzetbaarheid doordat de individuele medewerkers middels een intrinsieke motivatie werken aan hun vitaliteit. Ook wil Doeksen een gezonde werk- en leefcultuur faciliteren binnen de organisatie. Uiteindelijk doel is een cultuur te creëren waarbinnen medewerkers gezond en met plezier duurzaam inzetbaar blijven. (Dutch)
