Epos is smaakmaker nl. leverancier en producent van o.a. kruiden, specerijen, marinades, sauzen en andere smaakmakers en hulpstoffen voor de gehele voedingsmiddelenindustrie. Men kent een platte organisatiestructuur waarin kwaliteit en vakmanschap centraal staan. Smaakmaker zijn en blijven kan alleen met vitale en productieve medewerkers. Het ziekteverzuim binnen Epos B.V. is echter hoog, wat de productiviteit van de organisatie niet ten goede komt. Daarom wil Epos B.V. een traject starten waarin aandacht is voor de gezondheid en vitaliteit van haar medewerkers om daarmee het ziekteverzuim terug te dringen. In workshops leren leidinggevenden en medewerkers hoe ze hun gezondheid en vitaliteit kunnen verbeteren. Ze krijgen hier tips en trics die ze direct in de praktijk kunnen toepassen.
