Trias contributes to vital and resilient families based on the belief that every person has talents he/she can use to improve his/her situation. Our enthusiastic employees play an important role in this by being ready for families every day. We want to support our employees in their own vitality by giving them the opportunity to participate in the project ‘Trias Vitaal’. The project consists of two phases and is composed on the basis of Trias’ wishes and needs: 1. Research A survey, tailored to specific needs of Trias, provides insight into the vitality within the entire organisation. The study is conducted individually after which employees receive a personal report with the results. A group report is drawn up where a distinction can be made between team results, department results or, for example, specified by age groups. 2. Activities Based on the group report, various activities are offered in the field of Vitality. The services offered by Bewegen Werkt consist of various trainings and workshops that focus on lifestyle themes such as nutrition & movement, enthusiasm and self-leadership. Depending on the results of the research phase, the second phase of the project ‘Trias Vitaal’ will be completed with an appropriate range of activities. With this project we want to create the conditions for a vital organisation. The quality of Trias is determined by the quality of our employees, Trias takes its responsibility by making a healthy lifestyle (physical and mental) accessible to its employees. (English)

    Trias draagt bij aan vitale en veerkrachtige gezinnen vanuit de overtuiging dat ieder mens talenten heeft die hij/zij in kan zetten om zijn/haar situatie te verbeteren. Onze bevlogen medewerkers spelen hier een belangrijke rol in door iedere dag voor gezinnen klaar te staan. Wij willen onze medewerkers ondersteunen in hun eigen vitaliteit door hen de mogelijkheid te bieden om deel te nemen aan het project ‘Trias Vitaal’. Het project bestaat uit twee fases en is samengesteld op basis van de wensen en behoeften van Trias: 1. Onderzoek Een vragenlijst onderzoek, afgestemd om specifieke behoeften van Trias, zorgt voor inzicht in de vitaliteit binnen de gehele organisatie. Het onderzoek wordt individueel afgenomen waarna medewerkers een persoonlijk rapport ontvangen met de resultaten. Een groepsrapport wordt opgesteld waarbij onderscheid gemaakt kan worden tussen team-resultaten, afdelingsresultaten of bijvoorbeeld gespecificeerd naar leeftijdsgroepen. 2. Activiteiten Op basis van het groepsrapport worden verschillende activiteiten aangeboden op het gebied van Vitaliteit. Het dienstenaanbod van Bewegen Werkt bestaat uit diverse trainingen en workshops die zich richten op leefstijlthema’s zoals voeding & bewegen, bevlogenheid en zelfleiderschap. Afhankelijk van de resultaten uit de onderzoeksfase wordt de tweede fase van het project ‘Trias Vitaal’ ingevuld met een passend aanbod aan activiteiten. Met dit project willen wij de voorwaarden scheppen voor een vitale organisatie. De kwaliteit van Trias wordt bepaald door de kwaliteit van onze medewerkers, Trias neemt hierin haar verantwoordelijkheid door een gezonde leefstijl (fysiek en mentaal) bereikbaar te maken voor haar medewerkers.
