Property / summary

Rhenus Logistics B.V. is an independent port operator and part of Rhenus Seaports. We work for metal and steel dealers and manufacturers, project and cargo carriers, offshore companies, manufacturers, shipping companies and breakbulk shipping companies and agents. We are a company with its own culture. And we'd like to keep it that way. As a result of the increase in staffing, it is the challenge to maintain this culture and our quality of service. Within this process, we want to invest in the development and employability of our employees. The trajectory focuses on: • Better connection of the right person in the right place. • Be able to develop in a targeted manner. • Promote the core values of reliability, customer orientation and quality to new employees. • Be able to enforce more uniformity and good execution (by making transparent and available simple, clear steering information). For this project we use the services and advice of Rodium BV and are supported by their Fit-to-Position software. (English)

(Dutch)
