The Foundation for Primary Education Leudal and Thornerkwartier (SPOLT) provides education to over 2300 children at 14 primary schools in the municipality of Leudal and at 1 school for special primary education in the municipality of Maasgouw. Our employees have a great heart for good education. SPOLT sees parents as partners in education and education and SPOLT commits itself to all social partners who, together, can contribute to good education. For example, SPOLT is working on the growth and development of a new generation of children. So that all of them can be themselves with shine. And not just for the students. More insight into the given motives and talents and the ability to use them properly give guidance to people working at the schools of SPOLT. In addition, this creates opportunities to strengthen and optimise the cooperation between them. By enshrining this in a sound way in the relevant policy frameworks and evaluations, sustainable employability becomes structural in nature. The project ‘connecting with talent’ therefore works on the policy risks surrounding staff and gives the employees of the foundation and the schools the opportunity to gain insight into their own talents and those of colleagues. It paves the way for a different way of looking and experiencing the (team) work. As a result, the project makes people more vital to the important social task SPOLT has in mind. De Stichting Primair Onderwijs Leudal en Thornerkwartier (SPOLT) verzorgt onderwijs aan ruim 2300 kinderen op 14 basisscholen in de gemeente Leudal en op 1 school voor speciaal basisonderwijs in de gemeente Maasgouw. Onze medewerkers hebben een groot hart voor goed onderwijs. SPOLT ziet de ouders als partners in opvoeding en onderwijs en SPOLT verbindt zich aan alle maatschappelijke partners die, gezamenlijk, een bijdrage kunnen leveren aan goed onderwijs. Zo maakt SPOLT werk van de groei en ontwikkeling van een nieuwe generatie kinderen. Zodat zij allemaal met glans zichzelf kunnen zijn. En niet alleen voor de leerlingen geldt dat. Meer inzicht in de gegeven drijfveren en talenten en de vaardigheid deze goed in te zetten geven houvast aan mensen die werken bij de scholen van SPOLT. Daarnaast ontstaan zo mogelijkheden om de onderlinge samenwerking te versterken en te optimaliseren. Door dit op een gedegen manier te verankeren in de relevante beleidskaders en evaluaties krijgt duurzame inzetbaarheid zo een structureel karakter. In het project 'verbinden met talent' wordt daarom gewerkt aan de beleidsrisico’s rondom personeel en wordt de medewerkers van de stichting en de scholen de kans geboden om inzicht op te doen in de eigen talenten en die van collega's. Het maakt de weg vrij voor een andere manier van kijken en beleven van het (team)werk. Het project laat mensen daardoor vitaler werken aan de belangrijke maatschappelijk taak die SPOLT voor ogen staat. (Dutch)
