| Cybercrime is een bedreiging voor iedereen, zowel in de thuis- als werksfeer. De mens is de zwakste schakel en heeft een verantwoordelijkheid hierin. De gemeente heeft veel te maken met privacy en persoonsgegevens waardoor iedereen wordt geacht alert te zijn, geen datalekken te veroorzaken en phishingmail te herkennen, etcetera. Dat brengt werkstress met zich mee, met alle gevolgen van dien. Om de duurzame inzetbaarheid van onze medewerkers te vergroten zet de gemeente Langedijk in op iBewustzijn. We stellen ons tot doel om elke medewerker (informatie)veiliger te laten werken. Dat doen we door feedback te vragen, awareness te wekken en kennis te bieden. Tegelijkertijd werken we aan een nieuwe leercultuur door het opzetten van cyclisch leren. In samenwerking met en met draagvlak van de medewerkers zal een digitale leeromgeving op maat worden opgezet en begeleid. (Dutch)
