Veel cliënten die in Norschoten wonen, verblijven er omdat er sprake is van een vorm van dementie. Daarbij valt te denken aan cliënten met een meervoudig complexe zorgvraag, of met een gerontopsychiatrische zorgvraag en jongeren met niet-aangeboren hersenletsel (NAH). Norschoten is gestart met persoonsgerichte zorg en bekostiging. Dit vergt een andere manier van werken door de medewerkers, o.a. door het voeren van gesprekken in het kader van een zogeheten netwerkberaad.
