CareConnections is een jonge onderneming, welke een snelle groei doormaakt. Door deze snelle groei dienen de processen goed ingericht te worden, zodat wanneer CareConnections is uitgegroeid tot een grotere onderneming, deze op een juiste wijze zijn vastgelegd. Deze dienen ook ondersteund te worden door bedrijfssoftware, die er voor zorgen dat processen optimaal gedigitaliseerd kunnen verlopen. Om de bedrijfssoftware goed in te kunnen richten willen wij graag gebruik maken van onze externe adviseur en applicatiebeheerder. Deze adviseur helpt ons bij het (digitaal) inrichten van de processen. Wij geloven er in dat wij op deze wijze een succesvolle, stabiele en efficiente organisatie neer kunnen zetten, waarin onze operationele processen ondersteunend zijn en wij ons focussen op onze corebusiness (zorg ontzorgen). CareConnections is a young company that is experiencing rapid growth. Due to this rapid growth, the processes need to be properly organised, so that when CareConnections has grown into a larger company, they are properly recorded. These should also be supported by business software, which ensure that processes can be optimally digitised. In order to be able to properly organise the business software, we would like to use our external advisor and application manager. This advisor helps us in the (digital) organisation of the processes. We believe that in this way we can create a successful, stable and efficient organisation, in which our operational processes are supportive and we focus on our core business (care). (English)
