Deventer Profielen is een onderneming die zich specialiseert in productie van afdichtingprofielen voor de bouw industrie. Het bedrijf is opgebouwd uit de directie, een boekhouding, een Verkoopafdeling, een Ontwikkelingsafdeling, Expeditie en twee productie units. In totaal werken 46 personen bij DEVENTER, 39 FTE. Er werken weinig jongeren binnen het bedrijf. Er is sprake van een duidelijke vergrijzing. Er is weinig verloop waardoor het voor het bedrijf niet makkelijk is het personeelsbestand te verjongen. De afgelopen jaren zijn wij ons steeds bewuster geworden van de inzet van medewerkers die steeds langer moeten werken tot hun pensioen. Veel werkzaamheden zijn zwaar en er wordt nog niet zo goed gelet op gezondheid en ergonomie op het werk. Gezien de bedrijfsplannen van de komende jaren waarin we de focus willen leggen op groei en verhoogde en flexibele inzetbaarheid van ons personeel zien wij aanleiding om daadwerkelijk actie te ondernemen in de richting van duurzame inzetbaarheid.
