Our Child Office connects care with education. It goes beyond just offering day care, toddler arrangements and extracurricular care (BSO). The cooperation between Our Child Agency and education within a child centre is so close that the vision and core values are seamlessly integrated into the approach to education and day or extracurricular care. Our Child Agency would like the location managers to have sustainable employability reverted as a structural theme in daily practice. Through a Management Development trajectory, tailored to the individual, Our Child Agency aims to make its managers (and thus the lead team) more profitable by stimulating dialogue, creating clarity about tasks and roles and giving guidance to managers on how to structurally implement the theme of sustainable employability. Ons Kindbureau verbindt opvang met onderwijs. Daarin gaat men verder dan enkel het aanbieden van dagopvang, peuterarrangementen en buitenschoolse opvang (BSO). De samenwerking tussen Ons Kindbureau en het onderwijs binnen een kindcentrum is dermate nauw, dat de visie en kernwaarden naadloos zijn geïntegreerd in de aanpak van het onderwijs en van de dag- of buitenschoolse opvang. Ons Kindbureau wil graag dat de Locatiemanagers duurzame inzetbaarheid als structureel thema laten terugkomen in de dagelijkse praktijk. Middels een Management Development traject, afgestemd op het individu wil Ons Kindbureau haar leidinggevenden (en daarmee het team waaraan leiding wordt gegeven) beter laten renderen door het stimuleren van de dialoog, duidelijkheid te creëren over taken en rollen en leidinggevenden handvatten te geven hoe zij structureel invulling kunnen geven aan het thema duurzame inzetbaarheid.
