Germo Logistiek, with the support of the ESF subsidy for sustainable employability, paid attention to the sustainable employability of its employees. With this and in addition, Germo Logistiek wants to create support for the themes of lifestyle, health and employability and ensure that the working group comes to concrete activities that lead to the promotion of the lifestyle and health of employees. Germo Logistiek heeft in 2016 met ondersteuning van de ESF subsidie voor duurzame inzetbaarheid aandacht besteed aan de duurzame inzetbaarheid van haar medewerkers. Er is een periodiek onderzoek uitgevoerd met de Monitor Duurzame Inzetbaarheid, er zijn advies gesprekken gevoerd met medewerkers met een verminderwerkvermogen en de resultaten zijn tijdens groepssessies Vitaliteit besproken met de medewerkers. Tijdens deze groepssessies hebben medewerkers gezamenlijk doelen vastgesteld waarmee de organisatie en/of individuele medewerkers aan de slag kunnen om de inzetbaarheid te behouden of bevorderen. Op basis van de uitkomsten van de Monitor Duurzame Inzetbaarheid en de groepssessie wil Germo Logistiek in 2017 aandacht besteden aan werkdruk in relatie tot roostering en leefstijl. Germo Logisitiek wil een adviseur van Bewegen Werkt inzetten voor de volgende activiteiten: 1. Individuele coaching voor medewerkers 2. Groepscoaching op diversie leefstijl thema’s. Met dit aanbod wil naam Germo Logistiek creëren dat er kennisoverdracht plaatsvindt aan medewerkers over een gezonde leefstijl en maatwerk in het coachen van individuele medewerkers op leefstijl. Daarmee en daarnaast wil Germo Logistiek draagvlak creëren voor de thema’s leefstijl, gezondheid en inzetbaarheid en zorgen dat de werkgroep komt tot concrete activiteiten die leiden tot het bevorderen van de leefstijl en gezondheid van de medewerkers. Met deze brede aandacht voor leefstijl wil Germo Logistiek ervoor zorgen dat, ondanks de stijging van de gemiddelde leeftijd, het verzuim stabiel blijft. (Dutch)
