    Het centrale probleem in de kantoorvakhandel is dat de duurzame inzetbaarheid actief moeten worden vergroot om in de toekomst problemen te voorkomen, terwijl een structurele sectorale aanpak niet aanwezig is. Sociale partners hebben zich ten doel gesteld om de duurzame inzetbaarheid sectoraal en structureel aan te pakken. Deze aanpak wordt vervolgens geborgd door middel van vernieuwing van de cao. Door implementatie leidt dit uiteindelijk tot een concrete en duurzame verandering in houding en gedrag.
