Kemabo has grown very fast in recent years. The organisation has not grown on all fronts. In order to make employees sustainable for Kemabo, a project is being launched. The project aims to further professionalise the organisation by working with both employees and management with the aim of clearly investing tasks and responsibilities.     Kemabo is de afgelopen jaren erg snel gegroeid. De organisatie is hierin niet op alle fronten meegegroeid. Om de medewerkers duurzaam inzetbaar te kunnen laten zijn voor Kemabo wordt een project opgestart. Het project beoogt een verdere professionalisering van de organisatie door aan de slag te gaan met zowel werknemers als management met als doel taken en verantwoordelijkheden duidelijk te beleggen. Het project zal leiden tot een heldere en eenduidige (aansturings-)structuur, zowel voor het management als medewerkers. Hierdoor is voor iedere persoon in de organisatie duidelijk wat zijn of haar verantwoordelijkheden zijn en wie het eerste aanspreekpunt is voor hem of haar. Het project beoogt een duurzame verandering in de organisatie. De toekomstige eisen van de organisatie zullen samen met de medewerkers in beeld gebracht worden en wat dit betekent voor de rol en ontwikkeling zelf van de medewerkers. Hierdoor beoogt het project medewerkers en management klaar te maken voor de toekomst waarin verandering een constante factor zal zijn. Daarnaast beoogt het project een cultuur te creëren waarin medewerkers meedenken met de organisatie, zich betrokken voelen en van elkaar leren en ondernemerschap gaan tonen.
