Viattence wil bijdragen aan het welzijn en de duurzame inzetbaarheid van haar medewerkers door de (on)mogelijkheden van medewerkers centraal te stellen, te kijken naar interne balans en leefstijl. Dit willen we doen door de medewerkers die daar behoefte aan hebben en voor wie het nodig is, een intensief coachingstraject aan te bieden en ze uit te nodigen, te inspireren en te ondersteunen om een keuze te maken voor een vitaal leven.
