In both cases, the examination at individual level is very valuable. — Shifting the hopefully realised awareness in recent years towards lasting behavioural change by offering individual coaching programs again. — Continued attention to good employerhood and a positive image of the company.     In 2017 heeft Stolt Nielsen health checks georganiseerd om meer inzicht te krijgen in de gezondheid en vitaliteit van de medewerkers en daarnaast de medewerkers zelf bewuster te maken van de huidige status. Deze onderzoeken waren succesvol in de zin dat ze veel nuttige informatie opleverden en de medewerkers het initiatief erg waardeerden. Na afloop zijn door Stolt-Nielsen diverse initiatieven uitgerold om blijvend aandacht te besteden aan het thema vitaliteit. Om dit proces ook op langere termijn te kunnen monitoren wil Stolt-Nielsen volgend jaar opnieuw een health check aanbieden. Hoe verhouden de resultaten op groepsniveau zich ten opzichte van de vorige keer? Zijn er op groepsniveau vorderingen gemaakt of is het misschien minder geworden? Voor de medewerkers is de nieuwe health check een perfect middel om de persoonlijke vorderingen te kunnen meten of (als ze niet eerder meededen) een mooi vertrekpunt. De health check zal aansluiten op de aandachtspunten van de vorige keer (overgewicht en hoe wordt de werkdruk ervaren?) en indien mogelijk hier extra accenten op leggen. Met de nieuwe health checks wil Stolt vooral een bijdrage leveren aan de volgende zaken: - Hernieuwde aandacht voor het onderwerp vitaliteit. - De gecreëerde bewustwording na de vorige health checks beoordelen door de groepsresultaten met elkaar te vergelijken. Zijn er onderdelen die beter of slechter scoren? - Medewerkers opnieuw individueel ondersteunen door een 0-meting (eerste keer) of juist een 1-meting (2e keer) aan te bieden. In beide gevallen is het onderzoek op individueel niveau zeer waardevol. - Het verleggen van de hopelijk gerealiseerde bewustwording in de afgelopen jaren naar blijvende gedragsverandering door opnieuw individuele coachtrajecten aan te bieden. - Blijvende aandacht voor goed werkgeverschap en een positief imago van het bedrijf.
