In order to truly involve every employee in the Bredenoord community, it is important that inspired leadership is given in all places in the organisation. The aim of the Bredenoord Leadership Development Programme is that, in addition to the usual tasks, each manager inspires and stimulates the employees he/she directs, creating a pleasant and driven working environment. To achieve this, it is first of all important that the executives in turn be inspired and feel connected to the company’s mission and vision. Bredenoord wants to achieve that every manager is inspired and given the right handles to convey this inspiration to everyone around them. The project consists of two parts: 1) personal development, ambition and intrinsic motivation of executives, and 2) Bredenoord’s vision and its integration into part 1. These two components will be addressed through a Leader development trajectory (management development trajectory) through individual and group discussions and awareness sessions. Om iedere medewerker echt te betrekken bij de Bredenoord community is het van belang dat er op alle plekken in de organisatie geïnspireerd leiding wordt gegeven. Het Bredenoord Leidinggevenden Ontwikkelingstraject heeft als doel dat iedere leidinggevende naast het gangbare takenpakket ook de medewerkers die hij/zij leiding geeft, inspireert en prikkelt waardoor er een prettige en gedreven werkomgeving ontstaat. Om dit te bereiken is het allereerst van belang dat de leidinggevenden op hun beurt geïnspireerd worden en zich verbonden voelen met de missie en de visie van het bedrijf. Bredenoord wil bereiken dat iedere leidinggevende geïnspireerd raakt en de juiste handvatten krijgt aangereikt om deze inspiratie over te brengen op iedereen om hen heen. Het project bestaat uit twee delen: 1) persoonlijke ontwikkeling, ambitie en intrinsieke motivatie van leidinggevenden, en 2) de visie van Bredenoord en de integratie daarvan in deel 1. Aan deze twee onderdelen zal aandacht worden besteed middels een Leidinggegevenden Ontwikkelingstraject (management ontwikkelingstraject) middels individuele- en groepsgesprekken en bewustwordingssessies.
