    VSO De Hoge Brug veronderstelt dat kwalitatief goed onderwijs en goede leerprestaties hand in hand kunnen gaan met het bevorderen van de leercultuur en het versterken van de employability/blijvende inzetbaarheid van de eigen docenten. VSO De Hoge Brug wil in 2019 het Platform DOEN-In implementeren om de 20 docenten/20 OOP te helpen bij de omslag naar opbrengstgericht werken. Gelet op alle veranderingen & praktische obstakels i/d dagelijkse lespraktijk bij opbrengstgericht werken voorziet de school dat de docenten handelingsverlegenheid en teveel belasting gaan ervaren. Om te voorkomen dat docenten “afhaken” of zelfs “uitvallen”, zet de school in op bewustwording/ urgentiebesef t.a.v. professionalisering/ employability maar juist ook op het scheppen van een open leercultuur met ruimte voor bespreekbaarheid/dialoog. De docenten worden vanuit urgentiebesef bijgestaan bij het worden/zijn van een opbrengstgericht handelende docent. Gewerkt wordt met het door Edu Alert ontwikkelde intervisiemodel Methodische Loopbaanbegeleiding (MLB), waarbij docenten zichzelf een spiegel voorhouden. (Dutch)
