    HVO-Querido ondersteunt mensen in een kwetsbare situatie in hun streven om -opnieuw- de regie over hun eigen leven te krijgen en volwaardig deel uit te maken van de samenleving. Bij HVO-Querido werken ongeveer 1.000 mensen verspreid over 50 locaties in Amsterdam en de omliggende regio’s. HVO-Querido is een zorgorganisatie die opvang, woonbegeleiding en dagactiviteiten biedt aan mensen die het (tijdelijk) niet op eigen kracht redden. HVO-Querido werkt hierbij vanuit de visie dat ieder mens zo zelfstandig mogelijk kan leven. Wat naast menselijkheid en betrokkenheid HVO-Querido typeert is ondernemerschap en lef. De kaders oprekken, creatief zijn in oplossingen. Met één doel: samen met de cliënten doen wat mogelijk en haalbaar is om hen verder te helpen. Het werkveld van HVO-Querido en de voorwaarden waaronder gewerkt wordt veranderen voortdurend. De ontwikkelingen in zorg en welzijn volgen elkaar in een hoog tempo op. Elk mens en elke situatie vraagt om een andere benadering. Deze steeds veranderende omstandigheden gecombineerd met een hoge werkdruk leiden tot een (te) hoge werkbelasting en stress. Het doel van het project Krachtgericht werken is om een aanpak te ontwikkelen die bedoeld is om gerichter te kunnen reageren en te sturen op verbetering van de werkomstandigheden en daarmee de gezondheid, inzetbaarheid en het werkplezier van de medewerkers.
