Asito is one of the largest cleaning companies in the Netherlands. With 10,000 colourful professionals, Asito provides facility services to thousands of organisations. In a previously carried out project, the employees of Asito Zwolle/Flevoland were guided to achieve further self-development of the talents present. Asito is één van de grootste schoonmaakbedrijven van Nederland. Met 10.000 kleurrijke vakmensen verzorgt Asito facilitaire dienstverlening bij duizenden organisaties. In een eerder uitgevoerd project zijn de medewerkers van Asito Zwolle/ Flevoland begeleidt om te komen tot verdere zelfontplooiing van de aanwezige talenten. Asito Zwolle/ Flevoland werkt echter met zelfsturende teams waarvan de teamleider, de vestigingsmanager, verantwoordelijk is voor de uitvoering van opdrachten en het welzijn van zijn of haar medewerkers. Nu blijkt dat de zelfontplooiing van de individuele medewerker in het geding is door directief leiderschap vanuit de vestigingsmanagers die weinig tot geen ruimte overlaten voor ontwikkelpotentieel van de medewerker. De doelstelling van dit project is erop gericht om de vestigingsmanagers van de zelfsturende regioteams te ondersteunen bij het ontwikkelen van een managementstijlflexibiliteit die gericht is op lean leiderschap. Doelstelling van dit lean leiderschap is het stimuleren van talentontplooiing bij de individuele medewerkers van het team. Deze vorm van lean leiderschap die naast het stimuleren van talentontwikkeling en zelfontplooiing gericht is op ontwikkelpotentieel en zelfregie, noemt Asito Zwolle/ Flevoland; Asitotality. (Dutch)
