Wits heeft landelijk reeds diverse initiatieven uitgevoerd om aandacht besteed aan Duurzame Inzetbaarheid en hoe medewerkers juist in deze branche bewust te maken van het persoonlijke belang hiervan. De organisatie heeft in 2015/2016 een succesvol traject uitgevoerd. Inmiddels zijn we 3 jaar verder en is de organisatie veel veranderd. Er zijn nieuwe mensen bij gekomen. Wits Diensten wil de ontwikkeling van de huidige medewerkers en daarmee de organisatie als totaal aanpakken en daarbij inzetten op meer ondernemerschap, mogelijkheden tot zelfsturing en ontplooiing.
