(merknaam: Evergreen) is een full-service reclamebureau in Wageningen en helpt klanten in de regio Utrecht en Gelderland bij het behalen van hun communicatie- en marketingdoelstellingen, bij organisatieveranderingen, product- en marktintroducties, gebeurtenissen en events en nog veel meer. Van concept, tekst en art-work tot en met productie; alle activiteiten zijn gericht op het maken van opvallende, effectieve reclame die de doelgroep niet gauw vergeet. Gezien de veranderende arbeidsmarkt vindt Veje het noodzaak dat haar medewerkers de mogelijkheid hebben om continu te blijven leren en gaat dan ook graag aan de slag met de volgende onderzoeksvraag: Hoe kan Veje de duurzame inzetbaarheid van haar medewerkers bevorderen? Centraal in deze vraag staat dat Veje een continue leercultuur wil ontwikkelen en bieden aan haar medewerkers met werkgeluk, vitaliteit en persoonlijke ontwikkeling als belangrijkste peilers.
