Kooiman Scheepselectro BV (voorheen Technisch Buro Mous) is al meer dan 60 jaar actief in de scheepselektrotechniek. Kooiman Scheepselektro is een innovatieve totaalpartner en ontwerpt, engineert en realiseert installaties aan boord van binnenvaartschepen, zeeschepen, baggerschepen, tankers, droge ladingschepen, duwboten, veerponten, werkschepen en sleepboten. Naast de engineering van systemen, de bouw van kasten en het realiseren van installaties van nieuwbouwschepen is Kooiman Scheepselektro ook een betrouwbare partner voor het verlenen service, onderhoud en reparatie bij de werven of op locatie. Wij zijn een familiebedrijf met een eigen cultuur. Als gevolg van de groei van de personele bezetting en de krapte op de arbeidsmarkt is het de uitdaging deze cultuur en onze kwaliteit van dienstverlening te behouden. Daarom willen we investeren in de ontwikkeling en duurzame inzetbaarheid van onze medewerkers. Het traject richt zich op: - In kaart brengen van de huidige en toekomstige eisen voor inzetbaarheid (SPP, kennis, vaardigheden, gedrag, mobiliteit) - Per medewerker in kaart brengen van inzetbaarheid (nu, toekomst, skill match) - In kaart brengen van ontwikkel behoefte (urgentie, ambitie) - in kaart brengen van ontwikkel mogelijkheden (academy opzetten, soort opleiding, budget, termijn, relevantie, )• Betere aansluiting van de juiste persoon op de juiste plaats. • Uniformiteit en goede uitvoering faciliteren (door transparantie en beschikbaar maken van eenvoudige, duidelijke stuurinformatie).
