At the moment we mainly work with very well-developed techs with a lot of expertise. Further personal development will therefore focus in particular on non-professional skills and the so-called ‘soft skills’. The organisation is also organised in such a way that employees also have clear growth opportunities within the organisation. Looking ahead to the sustainable growth of people and organisation is what we are going to work on through this project. The goal of this ESF trajectory is to create more engagement, focus and motivation within the company to work together for further sustainable growth of the organisation and its individual employees.     Eraze Computer Software BV is een internationale, kleine en dynamische ICT organisatie die zich toelegt op het ontwikkelen van software applicaties voor de veiligheid en controle binnen de olie- en gasindustrie en dan met name voor boorplatforms. Met een hernieuwde focus gaat Eraze de komende jaren werken aan verdere groei van de organisatie door het ontwikkelen van nieuwe applicaties voor de doelmarkt en het breder vermarkten van reeds ontwikkelde, succesvolle applicaties. Daarbij is het noodzakelijk om te bouwen aan een stabiel team met veel expertise in het beoogde werkveld. Door middel van de ESF subsidie Duurzame Inzetbaarheid gaat Eraze extra investeren in de persoonlijke groei en ontwikkeling van haar medewerkers. We bouwen aan een sterk vast team van betrokken en bevlogen medewerkers. Goede, open en heldere communicatie is daarbij essentieel, temeer omdat een deel van de medewerkers van Eraze vanuit Engeland en de Verenigde Staten werkt. We gaan de talenten en persoonskenmerken van het hele team in kaart brengen, zodat er onderlig nog meer begrip en respect kan worden gecreëerd voor ieders persoonlijkheid. Mensen zullen ingezet worden op de vlakken waarin ze het beste zijn en waar ze zelf ook de meeste voldoening uit halen en ambitie in hebben. Momenteel werken we vooral met heel goed ontwikkelde techneuten met veel vakkennis. De verdere persoonlijke ontwikkeling zal zich dan ook met name toeleggen op niet-vakspecifieke vaardigheden en de zogenaamde 'soft-skills'. De organisatie wordt verder dusdanig ingericht dat medewerkers ook binnen de organisatie duidelijke doorgroeimogelijkheden krijgen. Met focus vooruitkijken op een duurzame groei van mensen en organisatie is waar we middels dit project aan gaan werken.
