    Wij willen voor het bereiken van onze doelen gebruik maken van een Health check, die wij aan al onze medewerkers willen aanbieden. Daarnaast willen wij ook inzicht krijgen in de talenten en aandachtspunten van onze medewerkers middels het herschrijven van de functieprofielen. Deze aanpak is van belang om gezondheidsrisico's die invloed hebben op de veiligheid, gezondheid en welzijn van onze medewerkers inzichtelijk te maken en daarnaast het gezondheidsbewustzijn van onze medewerkers te vergroten. Inzicht krijgen in hun ambities en aandachtspunten geeft ons de mogelijkheid om het arbeidspotentieel van onze werknemers in kaart te brengen en daarmee hun interne mobiliteit te vergroten. De aanpak van dit project houdt in dat onze adviseurs a.d.h. van de resultaten uit de health check en de gesprekken over de functieprofielen medewerkers willen gaan begeleiden/coachen in het bereiken van hun (gezondheids) doelen, dmv het adviseren over een gezonde leefstijl, management stimuleren om oog te houden op een veilige werkomgeving en een positieve werksfeer en daarnaast middels coachinggesprekken en assessments ontwikkelplannen maken voor medwerkers om de ontwikkeling van hun arbeidspotentieel positief te stimuleren. Wij willen met deze aanpak optimale waarde creeren voor het bedrijf en de medewerkers. Gezond en vitaal blijven is goed voor de medewerker zelf en ze blijven langer en breder inzetbaar voor het bedrijf. Uiteindelijk moet deze aanpak er toe leiden dat het arbeidspotentieel van de werknemers beter wordt benut en de leercultuur voor werknemers wordt bevorderd. Wij willen hiermee de interne mobiliteit stimuleren , anticiperen op individuele ambities en ontwikkelmogelijkheden en daarnaast een veilige en gezonde werkomgeving voor iedereen creeeren. (Dutch)
