Het werk bij Leen Bakker Logistiek is een fysiek zwaar(der) beroep is. Om ervoor te zorgen dat dit niet ten koste gaat van de duurzame inzetbaarheid, is het van belang om te borgen dat medewerkers gezond, fit en enthousiast zijn. Om dit te bereiken, is het van belang dat medewerkers (en leidinggevenden) inzicht te hebben welke factoren bijdragen aan de eigen inzetbaarheid. Huidig project maakt medewerkers van de afdeling Logistiek bewust van hun eigen inzetbaarheid en de rol daarin van fysieke belasting. Het project helpt hen op een positieve manier te werken aan de eigen inzetbaarheid, met specifieke aandacht voor het verminderen van de fysieke belasting. Op deze wijze draagt Leen Bakker bij aan het bevorderen van gezond en veilig werken, met als hoofddoel duurzaam meedoen bij Leen Bakker! (Dutch)
