    Het Balletorkest heeft de missie om dans en muziek tot een betoverend geheel te verbinden. De missie om te verbinden willen wij ook intern in de organisatie uitdragen en bevorderen. Wij zien een snel veranderende wereld en een grote leer- en ontwikkelbehoefte in onze organisatie op het gebied van duurzame inzetbaarheid. Hiervoor is verbinding een kernbegrip als het gaat om gewenste omgangsvormen en bevordering van een open communicatie met als doel het onbespreekbare bespreekbaar te maken. Wij willen manieren ontdekken om elkaar te versterken en elkaars verschillen te waarderen. Werkdruk en werkplezier zijn sterk gerelateerd aan een sociaal veilige, creatieve en innovatieve werksfeer. Door loopbaangesprekken en een structuur van permanente educatie te ontwikkelen willen wij ook onderwerpen als eigenaarschap, ontwikkelbehoefte en bevordering van een leercultuur in onze organisatie verankeren. Wij streven ernaar onze organisatie van binnenuit te veranderen door alle medewerkers erbij te betrekken. Alleen geleefd beleid beklijfd en wij zien daarom in de samenwerking met Balans in Welzijn een unieke kans om te investeren in onderzoek waaraan wij allemaal bijdragen en waarbij inclusie een centraal begrip is. Een uit het onderzoek voortkomend advies en implementatieplan zal ons helpen onze organisatie blijvend te veranderen en een breed gedragen geleefd beleid voor duurzame inzetbaarheid voor alle medewerkers te realiseren.
