Projekt je zaměřen na rozvoj Charity Javorník v oblasti strategického plánování, řízení lidských zdrojů, fundraisingu a PR. Prostřednictvím vzdělávání a nových metod v jednotlivých klíčových aktivitách se naučíme strategicky řídit organizaci a lépe pracovat se zaměstnanci, budeme umět oslovovat firemní i individuální dárce a lépe propagovat Charitu Javorník a její činnost. Zcela nově zavedeme procesní řízení v celé organizaci. (Czech)

The project aims at developing the Charita Javorník in strategic planning, human resources management, fundraising and PR. Through education and new methods in key activities, we learn strategically to manage the organisation and work better with staff, to reach out to both corporate and individual donors and to better promote the charity Javorník and its activities. We will complete the procedural proceedings throughout the organisation. (English)
