    Projekt řeší dlouhodobou potřebu profesionalizace 19 NNO, působících v oblasti soc. začleňování v Pardub. kraji. Prostřednictvím zvolených KA posílíme kapacitu, strategické plánování a PR střešní organizace KONEP. Díky cílenému posílení vazby členů na střešní org. významnou část získaného know-how přeneseme k členským org., kterým zároveň poskytneme metodickou pomoc, vzdělávání, posílíme jejich vzájemné sdílení zkušeností. Tím zvýšíme kvalitu, dostupnost a udržitelnost služeb pro klienty. (Czech)

    The project addresses the long-term need for a professionalisation of 19 NGOs active in the area of integration in the Pardub region. Through the chosen KA we will strengthen the capacity, strategic planning and PR PR of the KONEP. With a targeted strengthening of the members’ attachment to the roof ororg. a significant part of the know-how acquired is passed on to the Member. as well as providing methodological assistance, training, we will reinforce their mutual learning experiences. This will increase the quality, accessibility and sustainability of services to customers. (English)
