Camp Services BV carries out specialised construction work with 15 employees and is also specialised as a painting and glass setting company. There is currently a certain working culture that is not healthy. People who do not appeal to each other for their responsibility, unsafe situations, social barriers in the workplace are order of the day here. In 2018 and 2019 we want to facilitate employees to work healthy and safe. We want to work safely, thereby reducing the risk of incidents at work and preventing work stress. With the support of an external advisor, we want to work with this to keep employees healthy and vital. We want to facilitate and stimulate a positive safety culture (e.g. organisational and behavioural interventions). Ultimately, this should lead to a different culture in which we learn from each other, communicate well, work with pleasure, prevent mistakes and show better work attitude and behaviour. This contributes to healthy and safe working and promotes the sustainable employability of Camp Services BV employees. (English) | |||||||||||||||

(Dutch)
