The project is aimed at at-risk target groups of job seekers who have been unemployed for long periods of over 5 months and candidates aged 50 years or older. The project provides assistance to the people of these CBs in the districts of Blansko and Vyškov, where the applicant has his or her premises and is engaged in education and consultancy on a long-term basis. The project offers incentives, counselling, education and retraining, including employment with employers. Retraining measures are adapted to the needs of the labour market — according to their own research. (English)
